A skilled professional combining over ten years of IT experience
with a Master’s in Biotech Engineering, specializing in
Cybersecurity R&D and Cloud Engineering. His technical expertise
and leadership make him ideal for roles requiring innovative
research and strategy.
Modern live imaging experiments often generate 100s GB of data and
require modern techinques to analyze. As part of a collaboration
with the
Lior Atia Lab, Developed a
tool for streamlining analysis of multichannel cell
cycle experiments. By leverging open source deep learning
segmentation techniques and open source tools we can now study the
dynamics of confluent proliferating cells.
Wrote an open-loop path tracking algorithm for a wheeled robot
equipped with a camera. Success with sharp turns and intersecting
paths. RaspberryPi & Python scientific stack.
Calculating Diffusion Coefficient From FRAP Series of Arbitrary
Bleaching Patterns
Leveraging a computational simulation to simplify diffusion
coefficient estimate in a cell membrane (FRAP experiments)
Resulted in an open source tool for ImageJ.
Designed and built control system for a 5-line laser imaging
system to facilitate live imaging FRET experiments.
